Howard A. Balikov is an experienced, well-respected member of the Illinois Bar , and is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating awarded to practicing lawyers.

Mr. Balikov is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana (BS with High Honors, 1979), the Illinois Institute of Technology/Chicago-Kent College of Law (JD with High Honors, 1982) and the Georgetown University Law Center (LLM in Taxation, 1985).

Mr. Balikov is admitted to both the Illinois and Missouri Bars. In addition, he is a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois, 1979) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Howard A. Balikov has served as an Attorney-Advisor in the Legislation and Regulations Division in the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service, Washington, D.C., and as an attorney in private practice in St. Louis, Missouri and Chicago, Illinois.
  Mr. Balikov is an Adjunct Instructor for Estate Planning with NorthwesternUniversity's School of Continuing Education.
